 Hi, I'm Chris (she/her) 

Driven by her passion for helping people and teams do their best work, Chris brings her unique combination of authenticity, empathy, and practicality to successfully partner with leaders as they experiment with new ways of thinking, leading, and achieving results. She supports her clients as they look beyond the surface of their daily lives and reimagine new possibilities for creating a more fulfilling future for themselves and those they lead.

Chris is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience developing high-performing leaders and organizations across the non-profit, private, and public sectors. She has a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Chris is a southern New Jersey transplant now residing in the Washington, D.C. metro area. She’s married with three young children, who are a constant reminder of the importance of resilience and finding joy in life’s ordinary moments.
